SAUSAGE BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. cooked sausage
8 eggs
2 c. milk
4 slices bread, cubed
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
Pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Set overnight in refrigerator in 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 12.
