BRUNCH SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. bulk pork sausage 2 1/2 c. milk 6 slices white bread, cubed 4 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. yellow mustard 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese Brown pork sausage. Beat eggs, add milk, bread, salt, mustard and cheese in large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Put in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Refrigerate overnight. Next day, bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10. |
