SAUSAGE BRUNCH CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. sausage 8 slices bread 3/4 lb. or less Cheddar cheese, grated 4 eggs 2 1/2 c. milk 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup Fry and drain sausage. Tear bread in bits and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Put sausage and grated cheese over bread. Beat eggs and milk and pour over sausage-cheese mixture. Stir soup and spread over top. Cover with foil and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake 1 1/2 hours; remove foil. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Nelson |
