SAUSAGE CASSEROLE BRUNCH | |
6 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. bread crumbs 8 oz. mushrooms 1 lb. bulk sausage 1 tsp. dry or wet mustard 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2 c. milk Brown sausage; cool and drain. Beat eggs; add milk, salt, mustard and beat again. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Add sausage and stir. Set overnight in refrigerator in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. |
