1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
6 oz. cottage cheese
10 oz. chopped broccoli
Hot peppers (jalapeno)
1 lg. onion
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. butter

Mix together. Bake at 425 degrees until done.
