HOT CORN BREAD 
3 c. Pioneer corn bread mix
3 beaten eggs
1 2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 can cream-style corn
7 jalapenos (washed, chopped, and seeded)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese
Bacos to taste
3 tbsp. sugar
1 jar pimentos
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all of the above ingredients. Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
