CORN BEEF HOT DISH 
1 can corn beef, sm. pieces
1/4 lb. American cheese (4 slices)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 med. onion
1 c. milk, more if needed to thin
12 1/2 tbsp. elbow macaroni, less than 7 oz. pkg.

Cook macaroni 6 minutes, without salt. Mix all together in a bowl so can stir well. Pour mixture in pyrex baking dish. Add more milk until dish is full. Crumble potato chips over to before putting in oven to bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
