HERB CRUSTED PORK CHOPS
4 pork chops (I use boneless)
1 tbsp. coarse salt
1 tbsp. coarse black pepper
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. thyme
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup olive oil

Combine salt, pepper, Italian season, rosemary, and thyme in a food processor or blender to mix and grind down rosemary.

Brush pork chops with olive to make them moist. Dust both side of pork chops with seasonings from blender. Create a thin crust. Once you've seasoned the pork chops, flour each side. Let meat rest while you prepare your skillet.

Heat skillet to 325°F with a small amount of oil.

Note: If you have a non-stick skillet, you may be able to omit the oil in the pan.

Once pan is heated, lay pork chops in pan and let cook til golden brown. Covering skillet during cooking improves time.

Serves 4.
