MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground chuck
2 pkgs. Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 egg
Crackers
Salt to taste

Mix together and roll into 1 inch balls. Fry very slow so they won't get hard.

SAUCE:

1/2 box or 1 lb. brown sugar
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 med. can tomato paste

Simmer and add cooked meatballs and serve.
