BEEF LOAF WITH CHILI BEANS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Salt, pepper, chili powder to taste
1 regular can tomato soup
1 regular can chili beans
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
1 c. grated cheese
1 med. pkg. corn chips, crushed a little

Brown and drain ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Add soup and chili beans, cook slowly until flavors are well blended. Spread corn chips in baking dish. Pour meat mixture on top. Top with onions, olives, and cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven until cheese is melted. Try the hot chili beans in this recipe.
