APPLE JUNK 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
1 can apple pie filling
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 eggs

Butter 9 x 9 inch dish. Place pie filling in bottom of dish. Beat eggs; add milk, butter, cinnamon, and spice; mix and beat. Pour over apples. Mix flour, brown sugar, coconut, and pecans. Cut in 1/4 cup butter and sprinkle over pie filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
