BEEF STROGANOFF 
3 lbs. beef round steak
1 envelope Lipton beefy onion or onion mushroom soup mix
1 to 2 tbsp. instant beef bouillon
1 to 2 tbsp. dried minced onions
1 sm. can mushroom slices, drained
3/4 c. Wondra flour
1/2 c. sour cream
Water

Trim all fat from beef, cut into bite sized pieces, place in crockpot. Add mushrooms. In 2 cup measuring cup, combine soup mix, onions, bouillon and water to make 2 cups. Stir until bouillon is dissolved, pour over beef. Add enough additional water to crock pot to just cover beef. Cook on low 10 hours. Before serving, combine flour with 3/4 cup water, stir well. Stir gently into beef mixture to thicken. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice prepared per package directions. Serves 6.
