HAMBURGER CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. rice, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mushrooms; optional
1 c. chow mein noodles
Soy sauce to taste

Brown beef. Drain grease. Add onion, celery, rice, both soups, mushrooms and soy sauce. Stir together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with chow mein noodles.
