SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped frozen spinach
1 box Stove Top stuffing (both envs.)
1 lg. onion, chopped
6 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. coarse ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme

Cook spinach by direction and drain. Squeeze by hand. Combine all above ingredients and shape into 3/4 inch balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

It is recommended that you double this recipe. Store 1 recipe for later warming in the microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
