SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing (chicken)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/4 c. butter
1 med. onion, minced
1 clove garlic, crushed (garlic press)

Put spinach in bowl and completely thaw. Squeeze out water and discard.

Mix all ingredients (melt butter). Add 4-5 whole eggs. Make 1-inch balls.

Let set 2-3 hours (or freeze for later).

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on lightly greased sheet.

Will keep at least 2 weeks in freezer.
