SPINACH BALLS OR SPINACH AU
GRATIN
 
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
2 onions, finely chopped
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. Accent
1 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 tsp. pepper

Thaw spinach and drain extremely well. Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Make into small balls or spread into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
