SPINACH BALLS 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. pepper
2 onions, minced
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix all ingredients and form into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. May freeze before baking, but thaw before cooking.
