SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 sm. onion, minced
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (blue bag)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. thyme
Dash of garlic powder

Combine ingredients, mixing well. Chill 15-20 minutes. Form into inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or freeze on cookie sheets and store in bags. Thaw as needed and cook same time and temperature.
