SPINACH BALLS 
1 frozen pkg. chopped spinach, defrosted and well drained
2 c. herb season and stuffing mix
1 c. chopped onions
3 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. melted butter
6 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients. Shape into 2 inch balls. Put on a lightly buttered baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
