CHEESY MACARONI HAMBURGER CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. ground beef 8 oz. macaroni 1 bell pepper 1 onion 1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz 1 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. milk Brown ground beef; drain. Cook macaroni until tender in 3 quarts boiling water, about 12 minutes. Drain. Add milk and butter. Add 1/2 macaroni in 2-quart casserole dish. Layer with 1/2 ground beef, bell pepper slices, onion slices and 1/2 of Cheez Whiz (melted). Repeat with remaining half of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or microwave on high for 10 minutes. |
