CHEESY MACARONI HAMBURGER
CASSEROLE
 
2 lbs. ground beef
8 oz. macaroni
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk

Brown ground beef; drain. Cook macaroni until tender in 3 quarts boiling water, about 12 minutes. Drain. Add milk and butter. Add 1/2 macaroni in 2-quart casserole dish. Layer with 1/2 ground beef, bell pepper slices, onion slices and 1/2 of Cheez Whiz (melted). Repeat with remaining half of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or microwave on high for 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
