CHEESY HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 cans cream of celery, Campbells (or any other)
6 slices cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips
12 oz. bag egg noodles
1/4 c. onion (opt.)

Cook noodles as directed on package. Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Add cream of celery soup. Stir together. Stir in cut pieces of cheese (3 slices). Stir in noodles. Sprinkle crushed chips on top. Put 3 slices of cheese (in strips) on top, cover and simmer until cheese is melted.
