OVEN FRIED FISH 
2 lbs. fish
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 egg, beaten
Salt & pepper to taste

Cut fish into serving size pieces. Mix egg, oil, salt and pepper. Grease baking pan well. Dip fish in egg mixture, then in corn flakes. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve 4-5.
