FRESH APPLE BREAD 
2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 c. Wesson or Mazola oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped apples, peeled
1 c. chopped nuts
4 tbsp. sour cream

Blend flour, soda, and salt. Beat eggs and add sugar, oil, sour cream, and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour mixture and blend well. Fold in apples and nuts until blended. Pour into 2 loaf pans which have been greased and lined with waxed paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
