FRESH APPLE NUT BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. finely chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Thoroughly stir together flour, baking soda, and salt. In large bowl of electric mixer at medium speed, beat together oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined. Gradually beat in flour mixture until smooth. Fold in apples and pecans.

Turn into prepared pans. Bake until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees.
