NEVER FAIL SPAGHETTI SAUCE WITH
MEATBALLS
 
2 lg. cans tomato juice
2 lg. cans tomato sauce (or puree)
2 lg. cans crushed tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato paste
2 generous tbsp. garlic powder
2 generous tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 - 1 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

In very large sauce pot combine ALL sauce ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring often. When mixture starts to bubble, turn down and heat on low for 2 to 4 hours. If you wish, you can add meatballs to sauce (do NOT precook meatballs, just roll); drop in sauce.

MEATBALLS:

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 egg
1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
