YAM CASSEROLE 
1 (40 oz. can yams, drained
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. chopped pecans
3/4 c. mini marshmallows
Pam cooking spray

Drain yams and mash well. Drain pineapple, saving the juice. Add pineapple juice to mashed yams. Add brown sugar and butter; mix well. Stir in pineapple and pecans. Coat 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with pam and spoon mixture into dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows over top and bake 10 more minutes.
