CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 (9") pie crust
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
Cheese topping

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pie crust. Cook the ground beef until brown. Drain fat off. Stir in sauce, oregano, pepper, crumbs, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, onion and bell pepper. Pour into pie crust. Spread cheese topping on top.

CHEESE TOPPING:

1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. shredded mellow Cheddar cheese
