CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 (9") unbaked pie crust
8 slices American cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. beef flavor instant bouillon (or 1 cube)
3 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. flour
Chopped tomato & shredded lettuce (optional)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pie shell 8 minutes; remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Cut 6 slices of cheese into pieces; set aside. In large skillet, brown meat; pour off fat. Add tomato sauce, green pepper, onion and bouillon; cook and stir until bouillon dissolves. Remove from heat; stir in eggs, flour and cheese pieces. Pour into pie shell. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot. Arrange remaining cheese slices on top. Return to oven 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Garnish with tomato and lettuce if desired.
