CHICKEN WITH APPLES AND CAPERS 
4 chicken breasts, skinned
1 c. flour
Salt and pepper
1 lg. apple (unpeeled and chopped)
1 tbsp. capers (chopped or whole)
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dry
1/2 c. white wine

Coat chicken and brown in non stick pan with a little peanut oil. Mix together and pour over browned chicken. COVER. Simmer 20 minutes.
