MILKY WAY® CAKE | |
6 Milk Way bars 1 c. butter 2 c. sugar 4 lg. eggs 2 1/2 c. sifted flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/4 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. pecans, chopped FROSTING: 1/2 c. butter 3 MILKY WAY® bars 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. milk Melt together the 6 candy bars and 1/2 cup butter, set aside. Beat together 1/2 cup butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time to butter and sugar mixture; beat well. Add sifted flour and soda alternately with buttermilk to the sugar mixture, stirring until smooth. Add the melted candy, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and chopped nuts. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. MILKY WAY® Frosting: Melt together the butter and 3 candy bars. Stir in the powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle over cake.
