OVEN RIBS (BELIEVE ME THEY'RE DA
BOMB)

1 slab of pork ribs
Adobo seasoning (you can find adobo seasoning in any grocery store usually Spanish side)
garlic powder
some foil
1 bottle barbecue sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays')
a silicone brush
a baking pan
... and you're ready to get started!

Preheat oven 350°F.

Season your meat with adobo and garlic powder.

Note: Make sure you season your ribs all over to get the flavor in there, maybe 2 minutes at least.

Place foil on the bottom of a suitable baking pan. Place the seasoned ribs on the foil then place another sheet of foil on top.

Transfer to the oven and cook for 1 1/2 hours. At this point, add your barbecue sauce to the ribs using a silicone brush and bake another 20 minutes uncovered.

While your doing this you can start on side dishes like an avocado salad and macaroni and cheese and voila! You have supper that everyone will enjoy... I know my family does and they're picky eaters..
