PEAR PIE 
2 c. chopped, canned pears
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Unbaked pie shell

Combine pears, sugar and all ingredients in large bowl, mix with wooden spoon. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then add crumb mixture.

CRUMB MIXTURE:

2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

Combine and mix well. After pie has baked 15 minutes, put crumb mixture on top of pie and continue baking until pie has browned on top.
