SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts, bite size
1 med. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1/3 c. sweet & sour sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce
Rice, hot, cooked

In 2-quart dish, microwave chicken, onion and green pepper 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in pineapple, sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce. Cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
