SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
4 meaty chicken breasts, filleted, cut in chunks

Mix to a paste, to batter chicken:

3 lg. eggs
Pepper
5 to 6 heaping tbsp. flour
Milk to make a paste

Mix chicken chunks in paste, deep fry in Crisco until golden brown. In Dutch oven:

2 jars Ragu Sweet and Sour Chicken Tonight
1 sm. can pineapple rings with juice, cut rings
1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
2 cans Chinese vegetables, rinse well in colander

Add fried chicken chunks. Cook on low temperature until steaming hot. Serve over a bed of whole grain rice.
