RHUBARB CREAM PIE | |
3 tbsp. butter 3 c. diced rhubarb 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch 3 egg yolks 1/3 c. milk 1/8 tsp. salt Melt butter; add rhubarb and sugar. Cook slowly until rhubarb is tender. Combine rest of ingredients. Add to rhubarb and cook until thick. Cool. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue. |
