GERMAN ROUND STEAK 
4 cube steaks
Mustard
2 dill pickles, quartered
3 tbsp. butter
Flour
Salt and pepper
Onion slices
4 strips bacon

Salt and pepper steaks, rub both sides with mustard, lay meat flat on plate, top with sliced onion, pickles and bacon. Roll carefully and fasten with string or toothpick. Melt butter in deep frying pan, add meat and brown lightly.

Season with 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Add water as needed, cover and simmer for 2 hours. When meat is done, remove and use flour and juice to make gravy.
