SWEET PEPPER RELISH 
12 sweet red peppers
12 sweet green peppers
12 med. onions
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. vinegar
Salt to taste

Grind pepper and onions; rinse in water. Add sugar, salt and vinegar. Cook 10 minutes or until turns white. Can in pint jars. Seal.
