LEMON POUND CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. butter, softened 3 c. sugar 4 tsp. lemon extract 5 eggs 3 c. all-purpose flour 3/4 c. 7-Up Combine butter, sugar and lemon extract in large bowl. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, mixing well. Stir in 7-Up. Spoon into a well-greased 10-inch tube or bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 25 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and cool completely. |
