LEMON POUND CAKE | |
1 lemon cake mix 1 sm. lemon pudding, instant 1/2 c. oil 1 1/4 c. water 4 eggs Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into Bundt pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until cake bounces back at the touch of a finger. Turn out onto plate. Mix glaze of lemon juice and powdered sugar. Drizzle over cake. |
