MACARONI CASSEROLE 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 1/2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
16 oz. can tomato sauce or thick juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni until tender; drain. Brown hamburger lightly in heavy skillet. Add onion, green pepper, cook until onion is soft. Drain. Add tomato sauce; mix well. Add cooked macaroni and cheese. Pour in a pan or casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. I also sprinkle some cheese on top and let them melt.
