AUNT ROXY'S CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. Velveeta cheese (or Cheddar)
1 c. milk
1 can tomato soup
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Saute onion and meat; drain fat. Add seasonings to meat. Arrange alternate layers macaroni, meat and cheese in casserole.

Mix milk and soup pour over mixture in casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield 4-6 servings.
