CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 can corned beef 1 c. Velveeta (cubed) 1 pkg. macaroni shells 1 c. milk 1 sm. onion (chopped) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Cook the shells according to package directions. Mix the rest of the ingredients with the cooked shells and place in a greased 3 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for approximately 50-60 minutes keeping covered. Stir a few times while baking. Serves 8-10 people. |
