BAVARIAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburg
2 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. elbow macaroni
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. Velveeta

Brown hamburg, garlic and onion in butter. Add tomato sauce and sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Mix cream cheese and sour cream. Cook elbow macaroni. Layer noodles, cream mix and meat mix 3 times in casserole dish. Add approximately 1/2 cup sliced Velveeta cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
