BEEF AND SOUR CREAM CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 green onions (tops included, chop fine)
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Dash of pepper
1 c. sour cream

Break up and brown in frying pan meat and garlic. Add salt, sugar, pepper and tomato sauce. Simmer 20 minutes. Cook macaroni (or noodles) as directed on package. Mix cream cheese (room temperature), sour cream and green onions. In a greased 2 quart casserole dish, put a layer of macaroni, then a layer of cream sauce, then a layer of meat sauce.

Repeat twice. Put meat sauce on top. Top this with grated cheese. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. This dish may be frozen for future use.
