BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
Garlic salt, salt, pepper and parsley (to taste)
8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
8 oz. sour cream (1 c.)
1 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Brown together the ground beef and onions. Add the stewed tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings. Simmer for 20 minutes.

To the cooked and drained macaroni add the sour cream and cottage cheese. Layer in a greased baking dish - noodle mixture, beef mixture, cheese, etc., ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
