"LITE" LEMON CHEESECAKE 
1 sm. box sugar-free lemon Jello (gelatin)
1/2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. Realemon juice

Mix well and set aside.

Put 2 cups of cottage cheese (low-cal) in blender 1 cup at a time and blend until very smooth. Spoon out into the first 3 ingredients and mix well. Add 1 cup of Cool Whip "Lite" and mix together.

CRUST:

1 c. graham crackers, crushed
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix together and press into 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs over top.
