HAMBURGER BUNS 
PART ONE:

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt

PART TWO:

1 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. shortening
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar

Dissolve yeast mixture (part one). Combine part two and set aside until lukewarm.

Beat 2 eggs and add parts one and two; add 4 cups flour.

Raise; roll 1/2-inch thick. Cut out round "buns" and raise again. Bake at 350 degrees 12-15 minutes.
