PEACH CUSTARD KUCHEN 
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking powder
5 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sliced peaches (well drained) or fresh
1/4 c. sugar + 2 tbsp.
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks
1 c. whipping cream

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix first four ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly. Pat firmly into 8x8x2 inch pan. Form side half way up dish. Arrange peaches in rows slightly overlapping peaches. Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on peaches. Bake 15 minutes.

Mix egg yolks and whipping cream. Pour over peaches. Continue to bake until custard is set and light brown (25-30 minutes). Serve warm.
