PEACH CUSTARD PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
2 sm. or 1 lg. egg, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
Whipped cream
2 tbsp. flour

Combine sugar and flour; add peaches and stir in egg and milk. Add vanilla and salt. Pour into 8 inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until center is soft set.
