GRANDMA'S PEACH CUSTARD PIE | |
2/3 c. sugar 1 1/4 tsp. flour 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. scalded milk 7 peach halves Cinnamon to taste Beat eggs slightly and combine with sugar and flour. Slowly add milk and mix well. Place peaches, cut side up, in a 9 inch pastry lined pan. Pour the custard over the peaches. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. |
